this week’s i-weekly had a couple of “articles” on my recent happenings. just thought i’d share them with everyone here.. THK charity performance will be in a few days’ time. honestly, i’m feeling pretty nervous about it. i do hope to put up a good show and i hope everyone will support the cause.. =)

Rhythm of Life <变奏曲>， is starting soon as well, 5th May – just one day after THK. it’s been some time since my last drama <女婿当家>. so i think it’s great to be able to “meet” everyone again through this drama.

well, this came as a pleasant surprise. and yes.. welcome to my blog.. hope you enjoy reading the things that i post.. =)

这是我在《变奏曲》记者招待会现场的一些照片。我很期待这部戏的播出因为我非常喜欢陈小柔这个人物。这是我第一次尝试演一个内心戏比较重的角色，觉得蛮有挑战性的。

Making A Mess Out Of Life – Twice

SINGAPORE : Get your tissues out next week because you’re going to need it – if you can understand the plot of this new Chinese drama series, that is.

Debuting on May 5 is the plot-twisting, emotionally-charged MediaCorp TV Channel 8 drama Rhythm of Life. With a plot reminiscent of Gwyneth Paltrow’s Sliding Doors, this 20-part series boasts of a star-studded cast including Christopher Lee, Elvin Ng, Jesseca Liu and Jeanette Aw.

The drama revolves around the lives and loves of a guy and his two friends. Friend A’s sister loves Guy, but Guy loves Girl – who Friend A is in love with, as well. Friend B, however, loves Friend A’s sister, thus forming a love rectangle bound for disaster.

Friend A’s sister then dies in an accident, but because Guy’s too busy chasing Girl, he misses his opportunity to save Friend A’s sister, changing everybody’s lives. Guy is whisked back to the past – just before the accident-prone sister kicks it – for a chance to make things right.

Rhythm of Life is touted as the series that will give your tear ducts a workout. After all, the trailer, shown at the press conference held at Sinema at Old School on Thursday, featured all the male leads in teary-eyed close-ups that spilled dramatically into full-on sobbing.

attended the press conference for my upcoming drama 变奏曲, Rhythm of Life, on the 24th. this is one of my favourite role and i’m pretty excited about this, i hope everyone likes it too.. =)

this is the EP for this drama, Yang Xibin.

he’s someone whom i really respect =)

everyone has a different rhythm, different pace in life. it is like a dance or musical score, with different dynamics and climaxes. someone who is out of step, or who plays a different melody will inevitably bring about a change in the current “piece”. Rhythm of Life portrays that.. a decision made by a single person leads to the changes in the lives of those around him.

some time back, i shared with everyone that i received a piece of good news, and that it had something to do with the production. Rhythm of Life, the english title of this drama, is my little contribution. i suggested it, and i’m so so happy that it was accepted =)

[Blog] 一心一德为善乐

我将在5月4日的慈善表演中跳舞。我跳的是broadway jazz, 也融合了modern jazz 和 ballet。一个星期我需要上三到四堂dance class。这些是我在练习时的照片，想和大家分享。
